​There are several things that we do differently to most builders and kitchen fitters.

Most builders will start roughly on time and the good ones finish when they say that they will and sometimes the projects come in on budget.

Most good builders will communicate problems and keep a clean site.

But these are the things that we do differently...

Independant Kitchen Design

We are one of the only independent kitchen design companies in the UK. Most kitchen designers are tied to a supplier so have a limited range to work with.

We use many suppliers and are able to design the perfect kitchen and then source it taking into consideration the client’s budget.

Friday Night Update

Every Friday night we email all of the live clients to summarise all of the events that happened on site that week. Any problems we had and the solutions we implemented, what we expect to achieve for the following week and any decisions that the client might need to think about.
This means that we all have a weekly log of site events and any client who is on holiday or at work all week is fully informed. 
Also it means that clients aren’t taken by surprise when taps need to be chosen or by the price of the tiles.

Family Living Test

It is important that the kitchens that we install are practical as well as beautiful and can withstand family life.
Therefore we test all of the floor and worktop samples before we recommend them to our clients.
  • Melted dark chocolate
  • Ketchup
  • Hot espresso coffee
  • Red wine
  • Cumin powder mixed with olive oil
We leave the samples overnight and then wash them with washing up liquid (this usually fails). 
We then squirt with kitchen cleaner, watch it bubble up and then wipe it off. 

We then publish the results on our Facebook page and on our twitter account.

Partner Affiliation

One of the most stressful aspects of having your kitchen renovated is food. 
So we have teamed up with COOK and all of our clients recieve a 10% discount for the duration of their build.

Pocket Jobs

We have a full time staff of plasterers, tilers, decorators and plumbers. There are days when one or more of the team are not needed on site but it is important that we maintain the team so we have to provide work for them. We do this by means of Pocket Jobs.

Pocket Jobs are small jobs that take one or two days that most builders will not quote for as they are too small. We offer this service to our ex-clients as they are familiar with the team and the quality of our work.

These jobs are on a first come first served basis and are charged at time and materials. 

While on site we usually run a critical eye over the condition of the kitchen and may touch up where required.
