​​Our reputation is very important to us, but more than that, we want to create beautiful kitchens over and over again.

For that we need to plan well, use the best materials, skilled workers and allow them the time to complete each part of each task to the best of their ability. We have dedicated in-house teams, low staff turnover and don't rely on external contractors.

It is important that we do not over commit, that we allow enough time for each job and complete each job before starting on the next client.

To ensure that this is possible we divide the year into 5 slots each roughly 2 months long for each team. This allows the construction team ample time for the construction, they then move to the next client and the installation team move in. We take some time off in the summer and at Christmas as many suppliers close down. 

In order to guarantee a start date it is necessary to book a slot. Available slots are shown in the table below..

This system can only work if each client is committed to the slot that they have chosen so we ask for a small retainer to secure each slot. Some slots are more popular than others, few clients want work during Christmas or over the summer holiday. So these have a waiting list and other slots secured in case the preferred slot doesn't become available.
