While we are in your home

We will not smoke
We will arrive when we are expected to
We will clear up after ourselves every day
We will not use your equipment to do so
We will not swear, especially when children are around
We will be aware of children and pets and not keep doors open unnecessarily
We will keep tools and materials out of living areas
We will arrive, and ensure that materials are delivered, after the school run so you don't have to deal with us at that stressful time of the day
We will keep internal doors shut as much as possible to minimise the spread of dust
